  1. 2 c Turkey pieces

  2. 3 tb Soy sauce

  3. 1/2 ts White pepper, ground

  4. 3/4 c Onion, chopped

  5. 1 ea Garlic clove, minced

  6. 1 1/2 c Stewed tomatos, sliced

  7. 1/4 c Celery, sliced

  8. 1/4 c Raisins

  9. 1/2 c Pineapple chunks

  10. 1 c Vermicelli, cooked

  11. 3 tb Corn oil or peanut oil

  12. 5 minutes then add the raisins. Cook covered for 5 more minutes and serve.
