  1. 1 lb. almond paste

  2. 4 egg whites

  3. 1 1/2 c. sugar

  4. 1/2 c. flour

  5. 1 tsp. vanilla

  6. 1 lb. pignoli nut s

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Mix paste with sugar and flour. Add egg whites and vanilla to mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate one hour (or overnight). Shape and roll mixture into the pignoli nuts, and bake on a greased baking sheet or Silpat for 15-20 minutes.
