  1. 1 bunch(es) Head Lettuce , Can be any leafy green you prefer.

  2. 1 package(s) Cherry Tomatoes

  3. 2 tablespoon(s) Sweet Onion

  4. 1 large Avacado

  5. 1/2 can(s) Corn

  6. 1/4 can(s) Black Beans , Make sure you rinse!

  7. 2 large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts , You can cook the chicken any way, BBQ is best.

  8. 1 handful Grated Meduim Chedder Cheese

  1. BBQ 2 Large chicken breasts. If you do not have a BBQ you can bake or fry the chicken. When it is done, cut into strips and set aside.

  2. Tare 1 head of lettuce and put in bottom of Salad bowl. Dont use a knife, it will brown the edges of your lettuce.

  3. Wash 1 Package of cherry tomatoes. Cut each tomato in half and layer on lettuce.

  4. Cut one large avacado into penny sized chunks and layer on tomatoes.

  5. Open 1 small can of corn and drain. Pour 1/2 the can onto the avacado layer.

  6. Open 1 can of black beans and rinse well. There should be no black liquid remaining. Add 1/4 of the can to the top of the salad.

  7. Dice 1/4 of a Sweet Onion into very fine bits, sprinkle on top of black beans.

  8. Grate a hanfdul of Chedder Cheese and layer on top of salad.

  9. Take your bowl of pre cooked/cut chicken and arrange on the top of the salad.

  10. Sprinkle a bit of black pepper on top of chicken.

  11. Wash hands well and slide your hand into the side of the bowl, using it as a scoop. (I do it this way so I get every yummy layer of the salad) Scoop out 1 hand sized portion and arrange on plate. With a small roll this salad is hearty enough for a dinner meal main dish.
