  1. 1 package (10 oz.) STOUFFER'S Welsh Rarebit , defrosted according to package directions

  2. 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles

  3. 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli , thawed

  4. 8 ounces bulk pork sausage , cooked and drained

  5. 3 cups herb-seasoned croutons

  6. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  7. 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup

  8. 4 large eggs , lightly beaten

  9. 1 1/2 cups milk

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Grease 12x8-inch baking dish.

  2. COMBINE Welsh rarebit, chiles, broccoli, sausage, croutons and cheese; transfer to prepared baking dish.

  3. MIX soup, eggs and milk; pour evenly over crouton mixture.

  4. BAKE for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
