  1. 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

  2. 2 (17 oz.) bottles white wine vinegar

  3. 1- 1 cups sugar

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 10minutes.

  2. Pour through a wire mesh or cheese cloth strainer. Pour into jars or bottles. Cover.

  3. Store in refrigerator.
