  1. 1/3 cup whole wheat flour

  3. 1 TB onion powder

  4. 1/2 TB garlic powder

  5. 1 1/2 tsp (or 1 tsp if at altitude) baking powder

  6. 1 tsp (or 3/4 tsp at altitude) baking soda

  7. pinch sea salt

  8. fresh ground black pepper

  9. pinch Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes

  10. 2 eggs

  11. 2 TB evaporated cane juice

  12. 1 cup plain rice milk (go ahead and use real milk if you stock it)

  13. 3 TB walnut oil
