  1. 6 lg Chicken thighs

  2. 1/3 c Gold Medal all-purpose

  8. 2 tb Olive or vegetable oil

  9. 1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese

  10. -(4 ounces) 2 1/2 c Spaghetti sauce

  11. 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

  12. 4-inch thickness. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Mix milk and egg. Dip chicken into milk mixture; coat with bread crumbs. Heat oven to

  13. 375!. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook chicken in oil, turning once, until golden brown (add oil to skillet if necessary). Place chicken in ungreased rectangular pan,

  14. 13 x 9 x 2 inches with mozzarella cheese. Pour spaghetti sauce over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
