  1. (2) 15 1/2 oz cans of chick peas, rinsed well

  2. 6 oz jar of roasted red peppers, drained

  3. 1 tsp salt

  4. 1/2 tsp pepper

  5. 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  6. 1 tbsp minced garlic

  7. 2 tbsp lemon juice

  8. 1/4 cup Smart Balance Omega Oil

  9. 5 drops of hot sauce

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.

  2. Mix on low for about 2 minutes until all ingredients come together in a smooth paste, scraping down the sides as needed.

  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  4. Serve with your favorite veggies or crackers!
