  1. 1 Fresh strawberries

  2. 1 pk Chocolate bar

  1. Wash and drain strawberries.

  2. Pat dry with paper towel.

  3. Leave stems intact.

  4. Place half of the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.

  5. Microwave on high until melted (appx 2 min).

  6. Holding berries by the stem, dip one at a time into the chocolate.

  7. Gently shake excess and place on waxed paper until firm.

  8. If chocolate becomes too thick reheat for a few seconds.

  9. Chocolate basket: cover a dish of desired shape (pie pan) with foil and spray lightly with Pam.

  10. Place melted chocolate in a ziploc bag and seal.

  11. Snip a small hole in the corner and drizzle the chocolate to create a basket.

  12. Chill until firm.

  13. Carefully remove the basket.

  14. Place on a serving tray and fill with chocolate covered strawberries.
