  1. 4 pounds Pot roast

  2. 8 ounces Bottle of Catalina French

  3. Dressing

  4. cup Water

  5. 1 cup Sliced stuffed olives

  6. 8 smalls Onions

  7. 8 smalls Whole potatoes

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Brown the roast in ¼ cup of French dressing. Add the remaining dressing and ½ cup of water. Cover and cook slowly for 2 to 2½ hours. Add olives, onions and potatoes. Cook 45 minutes more or until tender. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 03-18-95
