  2. SPICY STEWED CAULIFLOWER & POTATOES

  7. 1/4 c Vegetable oil

  8. 1 md Onion, chopped

  9. 2 lg Potatoes, cubed

  10. 1 t Cayenne

  11. 1/4 c Lemon juice

  12. 1 t Salt

  13. 1/4 ts Turmeric

  14. 1 md Cauliflower, cut into floret

  15. 1 ea Green chili, seeded, sliced

  16. 1 ea Dry red chili, seeded, crush

  17. Heat oil in large pot over medium low heat. Add onion & cook till it turns

  18. brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in potatoes & cook till they begin to

  19. brown. Stir frequently. Add cayenne, lemon, salt & turmeric. Cook for 2

  20. 3 minutes. Add cauliflower & chilies & stir well. Add about water. Continue to cook till the vegetables are tender, adding more water

  21. if necessary.
