  1. 4 oz. pecan s, toasted and chopped

  2. 1/4 c

  3. 2 T brown sugar

  4. 2 t cinnamon Cake:

  5. 2 egg s

  6. 2 c sour cream

  7. 1 T vanilla extract

  8. 8 oz. cold butter , cubed

  9. 1 T lemon zest

  10. 1 T baking powder

  11. 1/2 t salt

  12. 2 c sugar

  13. 3 c flour

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine topping ingredients and set aside.

  3. Whisk together eggs, sour cream, and cinnamon. Add butter, lemon zest, baking powder and salt and cream on low speed.

  4. Add sugar on medium speed and beat until fluffy.

  5. Add eggs until just combined, then flour in the same way.

  6. In a greased bundt pan, layer half the half topping, half the batter, then the rest of the topping and the rest of the batter.

  7. Bake for 1 hour.
