  2. 1 1/4 cups paprika -- plus

  3. 2 tablespoons

  4. 3 tablespoons chili powder

  5. 1 tablespoon ground cumin

  6. 1 tablespoon ground coriander

  7. 1 tablespoon sugar

  8. 1 tablespoon salt

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard

  10. 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves

  12. 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder

  13. 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together. Store in a cool, dry place. (Please note that you will need twice the recipe to marinate the brisket.)
