  1. 15-20 small to medium size uncooked peeled shrimp (fresh is always best, but I often used use uncooked frozen shrimp)

  2. 6-7 cloves of garlic roughly chopped

  3. 1/2 TS salt

  4. 1/4 TS fresh ground pepper

  5. 1 small dried chili pepper

  6. 1/2 - 1 cup olive oil

  1. DIRECTIONS In a small covered container, shake some of the chopped garlic with 3-4 TB of olive oil. Cover the peeled shrimp in small bowl with the garlic oil and let marinade for 15-20 minutes.

  2. In a small skillet, heat enough olive oil to just cover all of the shrimp. Once the oil is very hot, add the garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 30 - 60 seconds. Now add the shrimp and chili pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are done.

  3. Serve the shrimp in the hot sizzling oil with some bread for dipping the oil. ¡Que rico!
