  1. 100 gms grated cooking cheese (use combination of two strong cheeses)

  2. 1 clove of garlic (lehsun) , crushed

  3. 1 tbsp plain flour (maida)

  4. 1 cup milk

  5. 1 tbsp white wine

  6. 1 tbsp butter salt and to taste For Serving vegetable crudites lavash

  1. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the garlic and sauté for ½ a minute. Add the flour and fry for another minute. Add the milk and go on stirring and cooking until the mixture becomes thick and no lumps remain. Reduce the flame, add the white wine and cheese gradually and go on stirring till the mixture becomes a smooth sauce of coating consistency. Finally, add very little salt and pepper. Serve hot with vegetable crudités and lavash.
