  1. 1 pound ground beef -

  2. 1 package taco sauce -

  3. 1 onion - small in size and chopped -

  4. 16 ounces cream cheese - at room temperature -

  5. 16 ounces sour cream -

  6. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese -

  7. 1 can black olives - small can, drained and chopped -

  8. 1 can green chiles chopped -

  9. 12 tortillas - large

  1. Brown hamburger and mix in taco seasoning according to package direction. Allow to cool. Mix in remaining ingredients. Spread 2 tablespoons of mix on tortilla and roll them up. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into 1 inch pieces.
