  1. 1/4 Vinegar - white

  2. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar

  3. 1/4 Garlic cloves - crushed

  4. 1/4 tablespoon 3.8ml Cloves - whole

  5. 1/4 tablespoon 3.8ml Allspice - whole

  6. 1 Bay leaves

  7. 1/2 Cinnamon sticks

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Celery seed

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Mustard seed

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Peppercorns

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ginger - ground

  12. 1 Cucumbers

  1. In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except cucumbers. Boil 12-15 minutes. Cool mixture and strain. Thinly slice cucumbers and place in large jar or bowl with lid. Add cooled marinade and cover tightly. Keep refrigerated.
