  1. 200 g 120 g 4 stalks

  2. 2 pcs

  3. 2 cloves

  4. 1 tbsp Chicken Bouillon Powder

  5. 1 tsp Water

  6. 250 ml Seasoning Mix Premium Oyster Sauce

  7. 1 tbsp Premium Soy Sauce

  8. 1/2 tbsp Sugar

  9. 1/2 tsp Water

  10. 60 ml

  1. Soak bean vermicelli in water until soft. Drain. Soak kale stalks in water for a while. Drain. Heat 2 tbsp oil in an earthen pot. Saute green onions and garlic until fragrant. Add prawns and fry until golden yellow. Sprinkle with wine. Stir in bean vermicelli, water and Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder. Simmer for a while. Add kale stalks and seasoning mix. Cook for about 3 minutes. Serve hot.
