  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Applesauce - unsweetened

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Nonfat yogurt

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Vanilla extract

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Apple pie spice

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Serve right away or chill for later serving. This was altered to low-fat from the original recipe. Also to reduce the calories you can use a sugar substitute to equal the sugar.
