  1. German Kraut Coleslaw 1 qt homemade kraut (or drained and rinsed store-bought)

  2. 1 green pepper, diced small

  3. 1 yellow pepper, diced small

  4. 1 red pepper, diced small

  5. 1 1015 onion, diced small

  6. 1/2 cup vinegar

  7. 1/3 cup sugar

  8. Toss veggies with kraut.

  9. Heat the vinegar, add sugar. Cook on top of stove until the sugar

  10. bubbles. Pour sugared vinegar over kraut and toss. Pepper to

  11. taste. Refrigerate covered and allow flavors to blend overnight.

  12. Serve with BarBQ and margaritas.
