  1. 2 C diced cooked chicken

  2. 1/2 c chopped sweet red pepper s

  3. 4 cloves garlic , minced

  4. 1 large onion , fine chop

  5. 1 block (8 oz) Creme cheese

  6. Salt & pepper to taste

  7. 12 Flour tortillas

  8. c Monterey jack cheese

  9. 4 Tbs salsa

  10. 1/2 can black olive s

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 Cook chicken, chop, and set aside. Cook garlic peppers and onion, put into a large bowl with chicken.

  2. In a separate bowl , mix salsa, heavy cream, and olives to create a sauce. Add ⅔ of this sauce and all of the sour crème to veggie and chicken mix. At this point add ⅔ of the cheese also.

  3. Place a couple spoonfuls of mixture onto a tortilla and roll up. Place in a greased baking pan. repeat until tortillas OR mix is gone. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese.

  4. Cook for 20-30 min
