  1. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Lean pork tenderloin

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vegetable oil

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Chicken broth

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped fresh basil OR 1 tablespoon 15ml Plus 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground red pepper (cayenne)

  6. 4 Garlic - crushed

  1. Recipe Instructions Trim fat from pork if necessary. Cut pork crosswise into 8 pieces. Flatten each piece to 1/4-inch thickness between waxed paper or plastic wrap. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork in oil about 3 minutes, turning once, until brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
