  3. 1/2 Cup 1 tsp White pepper

  4. 1/4 tsp Sauce Mix Corn starch

  5. 1/2 tsp Sugar

  6. 1 tbsp Guilin Chili Sauce

  7. 3 tbsp Water

  8. 7 tbsp

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Marinate fish for 15 minutes. Dust fish with corn starch. Pan-fry fish with 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Put on a plate. Saute green onion in 1 tbsp oil. Add sauce mix and bring it to the boil. Return fish to the sauce and heat through.
