  1. 2 tb 2 tsp pineapple-orange

  2. juice concentrate; thawed 2 tb Orange marmalade; all fruit

  3. 1 tb Brown sugar; packed

  4. 1 tb Orange peel; grated

  5. 2 sm Pears; halved & cored

  6. 1/2 c Yogurt; plain, low fat

  7. 1. In 8" round baking pan, combine juice, marmalade, 1 tablespoon

  8. 6- 7 minutes, spooning liquid over pears once.

  9. 2. With slotted spatula, remove pears to serving plate. Refrigerate

  10. until well chilled. Cool cooking liquid. Add yogurt to cooled liquid, stirring to combine; refrigerate until ready to serve. Top each pear half with 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture.
