  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Potatoes - boiled, peeled, chopped to

  2. 1/2" Hard boiled eggs - (1 per pound)

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  4. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Black pepper

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sweet relish

  6. 1/2 oz 14g Yellow mustard

  7. 2 oz 56g Chopped red peppers

  8. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Celery - chopped

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Miracle whip **

  10. 1/2 oz 14g Red onions - chopped - optional

  1. Recipe Instructions * I use hot pickled cherry peppers ** + or - depending on wetness of potatoes No barbecue meal is complete without potatoe salad. This is my friend Rock's recipe. Add all ingredients to large bowl or tub, and mix by hand. Chill over night and serve.
