  1. Jim Vorheis 16 oz Cream cheese

  2. 1 lb Jar sharp Cheddar cheese

  3. 1/4 lb Soft butter

  4. 1/4 c Dry sherry

  5. 2 tb Dry vermouth

  6. 1/2 ts Dry mustard

  7. 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce

  8. 2 dr To

  9. 3 dr Tabasco sauce

  10. 1/2 ts Seasoned salt

  11. 1/2 ts Celery salt

  12. 1/4 ts Oregano
