  2. 20 ounce package frozen young peas, thawed and drained

  3. 8 ounce can cooked salad shrimp

  4. 1 cup finely chopped celery

  5. 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  6. 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  7. 1/2 tsp. curry powder

  8. pinch garlic salt

  9. 1/2 cup cashews

  10. 5 1/2 ounce package chow mein noodles

  11. lettuce leaves

  1. Combine thawed peas, shrimp, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and garlic salt in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Add cashews and chow mein noodles and toss to combine. Line plates with lettuce leaves, spoon salad over and serve.
