  1. 56 TRISCUIT Crackers

  2. 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese , divided

  3. 1 can (8 oz.) sauerkraut , drained

  4. 1/4 lb. cooked corned beef , chopped

  5. 3 egg s

  6. 1-1/2 cups milk

  7. 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

  8. 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F.

  2. ARRANGE half the crackers in rows on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Cover with layers of 3/4 cup cheese, sauerkraut and corned beef; top with remaining cheese and crackers.

  3. WHISK remaining ingredients until blended; pour over crackers.

  4. BAKE 40 min. or until top is puffed and golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
