  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dark brown sugar

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Red wine vinegar

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cayenne

  9. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped garlic

  10. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Puree the marinade ingredients in a food processor. This recipe yields about 3 cups of marinade. Great for pork.
