  1. 1/3c Dry Sherry

  2. 1 tb Minced Gingerroot

  3. 1 tb Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  4. 1 ts Honey

  5. 1 cl Garlic Minced

  6. 1 lb Tuna Steaks Cut Into Pieces

  1. + Combine Sherry, Gingerroot, Soy Sauce, Honey & Garlic in A 1 Cup Glass Measure.

  2. Microwave Uncovered At High 1 Min.

  3. OR Until Mixture Boils.

  4. Cool Slightly.

  5. Place Tuna in An 11 X 7 X 1 1/2 in.

  6. Baking Dish.

  7. Pour Marinade Overtuna.

  8. Cover & Chill 2 Hours.

  9. Remove Tuna From Marinade, Reserving Marinade.

  10. Preheat A 10 Inch.

  11. Browning Skillet At High For 8 Min.

  12. Arrange Tuna On Hot Browning Skillet With Thickest Portions To Theoutside.

  13. Microwave Uncovered At High For 2 Min.

  14. Turn Steaks Over & Baste With Marinade.

  15. Microwave At High For 1 1/2 To 2 Min.

  16. Let Stand Covered 2 Min.

  17. Serve Immediately With Warm Marinade.

  18. (May Also Grill Outdoors. )
