  1. 1 Devil's food cake mix

  2. 4 Eggs

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Oil

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  6. 1 packet Chocolate pudding mix*

  7. 8 oz 227g Sour cream

  8. 3/4 cup 82g / 2.9oz Chocolate chips

  9. 3/4 cup 177ml Pecans For the frosting

  10. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Melted butter

  11. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Brown sugar

  12. 1/4 cup 59ml Evaporated milk Powdered sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Grease and flour 1 tube pan. Prepare the cake as directed on the package and using the the ingredients above. Bake 50-55 minutes at 350F. For the frosting. Combine all of the ingredients and Cook, stirring constantly until bubbles. add 1/4 cup evaporated milk, cook until smooth. Remove from heat and add enough powdered sugar to spreading consistency. After the cake has cooled spread the frosting on top and sides and serve.
