  1. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Lean stew beef in

  2. 1" cubes

  3. 1 Cream of celery soup - (10 oz)

  4. 1/2 Dry leek soup mix - (2. 4 oz)

  5. 1 cup 237ml Dry red wine

  6. 1 Onion - coarsely chopped

  7. 5 Baking potatoes - peeled and (medium)

  8. Cut in eighths

  9. 8 Carrots - peeled and halved

  10. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Broccoli florets

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In 5 qt Dutch oven, combine beef, undiluted soup, dry soup mix, wine, and onion. Mix well.

  3. Top with potato pieces and carrots, mixing in slightly. cover and bake 2 hours.

  4. Stir in broccoli, cover and bake 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 min longer.
