  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Minced crystallized ginger - (to 4 tbspns) - or to taste

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Firm-ripe mango - diced fine, (small) (abt 2/3 cup)

  5. 6 Strawberries - diced fine (large)

  6. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Finely-diced fresh pineapple

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Balsamic vinegar

  8. 1 Super-premium vanilla frozen yogurt

  1. Recipe Instructions In a bowl, crush raspberries coarsely with sugar and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in ginger, mango, strawberries, pineapple, and vinegar. Scoop frozen yogurt into 4 sundae dishes and spoon salsa over it. This recipe yields 4 servings.
