  2. 1/2 7 oz. jar Pimento -stuffed Green Olives

  3. 2 Green Onion s

  4. 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese , shredded

  5. 1/2 cup real Mayonnaise

  6. 1 stick Butter , softened

  7. 1 Loaf French Bread

  1. Coarsely chop the ripe and green olives. Thinly slice the green onions. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olives, onions, butter, mayonnaise and grated cheese. Mix thoroughly. Slice the bread in half lengthwise. Spread half of cheese mixture evenly on each loaf half. Bake at 400* for 25 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is beginning to brown. Cut the bread into slices and serve as an appetizer or an accompaniment to salad or soup.
