  1. 2 tablespoons canola oil

  2. 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  3. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  4. 2 cups chicken broth

  5. 1 (10-ounce) box couscous Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Saute garlic with red pepper flakes for 2 minutes being careful not to burn garlic . Add the chicken broth, turn up heat to medium-high and bring to a boil. Stir in couscous , cover and remove from the heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and fluff with fork. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
