  1. 2 medium tomatoes , thinly sliced

  2. 1 loaf(s)

  3. Italian bread or ciabatta

  4. 1/4 cup(s) fig jam or spread

  5. 1 1/2 cup(s) arugula leaves , packed

  6. 12 ounce(s) lower sodium deli-sliced ham

  7. 1/4 cup(s) Gorgonzola dolce cheese

  1. Place tomato slices on paper towels to drain. With serrated knife, cut bread loaf horizontally in half.

  2. Spread fig jam on cut side of bottom half of loaf; top with arugula leaves, ham, and tomatoes. Spread Gorgonzola on cut side of top half of loaf; place on sandwich.

  3. Press sandwich together and cut into 6 servings. Wrap each serving individually with plastic wrap. Can be refrigerated up to 1 day.
