  3. 1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa

  4. 1/3 c

  5. 2 tsp.sugar

  6. 1/4 c Margarine

  7. 1 Egg, lightly beaten

  8. 1/2 ts Vanilla

  9. 1/2 c Skim milk

  10. 2 c Hot water

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Spray a 1 1/2 qt.

  3. round casserole with non- stick cooking spray.

  4. Sift flour and 2 Tbsps.

  5. + 2 tsps.

  6. of the cocoa into a medium bowl; set aside.

  7. In large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat 1/4 cup of the sugar and the margarine until light and fluffy.

  8. Beat in egg and vanilla.

  9. Fold into flour mixture alternately with milk; spoon into prepared casserole.

  10. In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1 Tbsp.

  11. + 1 tsp.

  12. cocoa and the remaining 2 Tbsps.

  13. sugar; sprinkle over the mixture in the casserole.

  14. Carefully pour hot water over the entire mixture.

  15. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

  16. To serve, spoon warm pudding into 6 individual serving dishes.
