  1. 1 Keebler® Ready Crust® Graham Pie Crust FILLING:

  2. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

  3. 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar

  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract TOPPING:

  5. 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin

  6. 1 cup boiling water

  7. 1 package (16 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed

  8. 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, optional

  1. For filling: In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar until smooth. Spread over graham crust. Refrigerate until chilled or freeze for 10-15 minutes. - For topping: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in strawberries with syrup; chill until partially set. Carefully spoon over filling. Chill for 4-6 hours or until firm. -Slice and serve with whipped topping if desired.
