  1. 1 1/2 lb Potatoes, new, small

  2. 1/2 c Cucumber, chopped

  3. 1 1/2 tb Green onion, chopped

  4. 2 tb Green pepper, chopped

  5. 2 tb Radishes, sliced

  6. 1 ts Salt

  7. Pepper, dash

  8. 1/2 c Sour cream

  1. Wash and scrape potatoes; cook until tender in boiling, salted water; drain.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients.

  3. Heat, but do not boil.

  4. Pour sour cream mixture over hot potatoes.
