  1. 1 Garbanzo beans

  2. 1 Kidney beans

  3. 1 Green beans

  4. 1 Yellow/wax beans

  5. 1 Onion - sliced very thin (medium)

  6. 2 Scallions - chopped thinly

  7. 1 cup 237ml Cider vinegar

  8. 1 cup 328g / 11oz Honey - (or corn syrup)

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil -

  10. Cuts some of the acidity)

  1. Drain and rinse all beans. Combine with onions and scallions. Blend vinegar, oil, and honey thoroughly and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate at least four hours.
