  2. 1/2 cup of Pumpkin (diced)

  3. 1/4 cup of Green peas

  4. 4 tbsp Tuna flakes

  5. 3 tbsp Salad cream

  6. 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

  7. Dash of Pepper

  2. Gently mix all ingredients thoroughly.

  3. Spoon the mixture into pumpkin cups & you’re done!
