  1. Corn Puddin

  2. 16 oz can whole kernal corn, drained

  3. 16 oz can creamed corn

  4. 1 cup milk

  5. 3 beaten eggs

  6. 1 tsp salt

  7. 2 tsp sugar

  8. lots of pepper

  9. 1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs

  10. butter - the size of an egg

  11. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  12. Grease a casserole dish. Mix all ingredients except the butter in

  13. the casserole dish. Cut butter into pieces and dab around the top

  14. 1 to 1-1/4 hours until puddin is set.

  15. Cool 10 minutes and then serve.
