  1. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

  2. 1/2 cup sugar

  3. 3/4 cup skim milk

  4. 2 tablespoons margarine -- (i prefer butter)

  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon -- up to

  7. 1/2 teaspoon

  1. Preparation : Mix cocoa and sugar in small saucepan; stir in milk and add margarine. Heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Serve warm or at room temperature.
