  1. 112 g crumbled Roquefort cheese

  2. 6 tbsp. butter, softened

  3. 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

  4. 392 g boneless minute steaks

  5. 1 tsp. pepper

  1. Preheat broiler. Combine Roquefort and 4 tbsp. butter in a small bowl. Mash with a spoon until smooth. Wipe steaks dry with paper towels. Season steaks with pepper. Melt remaining butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute' steaks 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove skillet from heat. Spoon Roquefort mixture over steaks. Broil about 20 seconds until Roquefort is melted. Serve immediately.
