  2. 16 chicken drumsticks

  3. 3 tbsp. butter, melted

  4. 1 tsp. dried thyme

  5. 1 tsp. dried rosemary

  6. 1/3 cup all purpose flour

  7. 1 tsp. salt

  8. 1 tsp. garlic powder

  9. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  10. 3 tbsp. vegetable oil

  1. Place the drumsticks on a large plate and brush with butter. Sprinkle the chicken with thyme and rosemary. Cover and let stand 1 hour. Stir together the flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a pie plate. Roll the drumsticks in the flour mixture to coat, shaking off excess. Place the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the drumsticks to the skillet and fry about 15 minutes until cooked through, turning frequently. Drain the chicken on paper towels and serve.
