  2. Pasta with Zucchini and mint sauce

  6. 90 grams butter

  7. 3 medium zucchini -- grated

  8. 250 grams cream cheese

  9. 1/3 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

  10. 1/3 cup milk

  11. 1 clove garlic -- crushed

  12. 1/2 cup fresh mint sprigs

  13. 250 grams fresh pasta

  14. Heat butter in pan, add zucchini, stir over medium heat for 2 minutes, or until zucchini are just soft.

  15. Blend or process cheeses, milk garlic and mint until smooth.

  16. add to zucchini mixture, stir gently until heated through.

  17. Add pasta to large saucepan of boiling water, boil, uncovered until just

  18. tender; drain.

  19. Return to saucepan, gently stir in zucchini mixture.
