  1. 2 Mussels

  2. 1 cup 40g / 1.4oz Basil leaves

  3. 4 Green onions

  4. Dipping Sauce

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Lemon juice

  6. Lemon grass - optional

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fish sauce

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  9. 2 Coriander leaves - chopped

  10. 3 Garlic

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Red pepper flakes

  1. Open the mussels by steaming them along with the basil and green onions.

  2. Blend the ingredients for the sauce with enough warm water to make a dipping sauce and serve with the mussels.
