  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter or margarine

  2. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Onion - chopped (small)

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Clam juice

  4. 1 Condensed cream of asparagus soup

  5. 2/3 cup 157ml Milk

  6. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Imitation crabmeat - cut up (1 cup)

  7. 1 Frozen cut asparagus - thawed/drained

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce

  10. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Black pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions In a medium saucepan, melt butter over Medium heat. Add onion and cook 5 minutes, or until tender. Add clam juice, cream of asparagus soup and milk. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring often. Add crabmeat and asparagus, reduce heat to Low. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
