  1. Cake:

  2. 2 cups (1/2 kg) of flour

  3. 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  4. 1 cup (25 dag) of margarine

  5. 1 cup of sugar

  6. 2 eggs

  7. Mixture 1:

  8. 3 pounds (1 1/2 kg) of apples

  9. Mixture II:

  10. 2 vanilla custards

  11. 3 cups of milk

  12. Decoration:

  13. powdered sugar

  1. Make cake (mix flour, baking powder, margarine, sugar and eggs). After 15 minutes divide on 2 parts.

  2. First part put into greased form. On cake put sliced apples.

  3. Boil custard and pour it on apples. Roll second part on cake and put it on apples.

  4. Put cake into hot oven and bake 45 minutes in 320-340 degrees F (160-170 degrees C).

  5. After baking sprinkle cake powdered sugar.
