  1. Small 1 Lb Loaf

  2. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Yeast

  3. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Bread flour

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Baking soda

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Sour cream

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vinegar

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  1. All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order recommended by machine manufacturer. Select white or basic setting. Crust color as desired.
